Job Title: CQV Engineer
Location: Holly Springs, NC

We are seeking an experienced CQV Engineer to support a large greenfield biopharmaceutical manufacturing project. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in commissioning, qualification, startup, and validation activities within GMP-regulated environments.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of CQV, startup, or validation experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries
  • Strong experience supporting greenfield projects
  • Hands-on experience with critical utility systems, including WFI, Clean Steam, HVAC, Compressed Air, Purified Water, and CIP/SIP systems
  • Experience with upstream and downstream process equipment
  • Strong knowledge of GMP documentation, IQ/OQ protocol execution, and compliance activities
  • Ability to support startup, troubleshooting, FAT/SAT, and operational readiness activities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering or a related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with DeltaV, Rockwell, or similar automation systems
  • Biologics or sterile manufacturing experience
  • Familiarity with Kneat, ValGenesis, or other electronic validation systems
