You wonโ€™t just be checking boxes; youโ€™ll be making an impact, driving innovation, and delivering the kind of results we all care about.What Youโ€™ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It):Leading lean manufacturing projects for cost reduction, boost productivity, cut waste, and enhance process efficiency across procurement and supply chain.Collaborating with engineering, operations, and quality teams to uncover bottlenecks and find innovative solutions.Lead procurement and supply chain projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.Use data-driven insights to track performance, identify trends, and make informed supply chain decisions.Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost savings, quality, and supplier performance.What Weโ€™re Looking For:5+ years of Experience as a Project Manager in Cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, or millwork industries required.A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus!Youโ€™ve successfully led lean initiatives and know your way around tools like 5S, Kaizen, VSM, and TPM.Knowledge of procurement software, ERP systems, and supply chain best practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
