Job description

JPI is seeking a Data Analytics Team Lead to provide support application and database modernization efforts to enable data integrity. The Data Analytics Team Lead will provide and enable data-driven analytical decision-making. A minimum of 8 years of experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Department of Defense (DoD) is required.
This role requires U.S. Citizenship and a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Performance management support: Provide and enable data-driven analytical decision-making.
  • Perform advanced data analytics to measure program performance against benchmark targets.
  • Consolidate data from multiple systems and provide data analysis in support of programmatic decision making.
  • Develop enablement tools to improve the data quality across systems of record.
  • Sustain and maintain performance management tools developed.

Requirements
  • BA or BS in Management, Engineering or Business
  • An active PMP certification.
  • Minimum 8+ years of DHS or DoD experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of Data Analytics experience.
  • This experience may overlap with DHS/DOD experience
  • Experience with Shore Asset Management (SAM), FSMS, SharePoint, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Experience supporting DHS/USCG or any federal agency
  • Data storytelling and visualization
  • Analytical curiosity and attention to detail
  • Effective technical communication as a team leader in data-focused projects
  • Integrity in data governance
  • Collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
  • Innovation in analytical tools and platforms
