Job description

Make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students onsite in a dynamic school setting near Biola, CA. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week during the full school year. Both SLPs with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
Key Qualifications:

  • Active California SLP license with CCC, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
  • Minimum two years of experience in California school settings
  • At least one year utilizing SEIS for documentation and case management
  • Strong capability to handle high caseloads and process referrals efficiently
  • Experience supervising SLPAs with facilitators is preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish skills valued, but not mandatory
  • Comfortable working exclusively onsite (no virtual options)
What You'll Do:
  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a diverse student population
  • Manage a robust caseload with potential SLPA support, ensuring compliance and high-quality service
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with educators, and provide thorough documentation using SEIS
  • Supervise and mentor SLPAs as needed, supporting their professional growth
  • Communicate effectively with students, families, educators, and administrators to maximize student outcomes
