Dental Hygienist - Guided Biofilm Therapy Practice
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Position: Full-Time
Compensation: $43.00 - $52.00 per hour + bonuses + benefits DOE

Our hygiene department is fully equipped with EMS Airflow Prophylaxis Master technology, and we follow the complete Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) protocol for every patient. What You'll Do
  • Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care using the 8-step Guided Biofilm Therapy protocol
  • Utilize Airflow, Perioflow, and Piezon technologies for biofilm and calculus management
  • Perform periodontal charting, assessments, and individualized patient education
  • Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
  • Maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes and follow all infection-control standards
  • Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with GBT and hygiene best practices

What We're Looking For
  • Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of New Mexico
  • Passion for preventive care, patient education, and minimally invasive dentistry
  • Interest or experience in Guided Biofilm Therapy (training provided if needed)
