We are seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our caring team on a part-time or full-time basis. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and a generous benefits package, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires. As a Dental Hygienist at Allegro Smiles, you will provide high-quality preventive care, educate patients on oral hygiene, and work closely with dentists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Job Description

Deliver comprehensive preventive dental care and oral hygiene education to patients
Take and interpret dental radiographs to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning
Collaborate effectively with dentists and dental team members to ensure top-tier patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Follow and uphold strict infection control and safety protocols

Salary Range

Part-time $45 - $48 per hour

Shift & Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Licensed dental hygienist

Current New York State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
CPR certification
Excellent communication skills and a positive, patient-focused attitude
Passion for helping patients improve their oral health and confidence
Entry-level candidates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply
