As our Radiologic Technologist, you will be a vital part of our Cardiac Services team, performing diverse fixed and portable radiographs. Your role is central to providing compassionate care to critically ill patients across all age groups within a dynamic cardiac catheterization environment.

Every day you will execute various radiographic procedures, provide direct patient care, and educate patients and families about their treatments. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive patient management according to ethical standards.

To be successful in this role, you will expertly operate radiologic equipment and accurately interpret findings for diverse patient populations. You will demonstrate excellent communication and patient care skills, adapting to various patient needs while upholding patient rights and our mission.

Essential functions include but not limited to:

  • Assures that the rights of the patient/family are respected and maintained.
  • Allows for privacy and modesty in the provision of care.
  • Reports suspected cases of abuse/neglect, if identified.
  • Understands role of, and how to access, the Bioethics Committee.
  • Provides for the physical and psycho-social needs of the patient and family.
  • Incorporates functional/developmental age into care: newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.

$15,000 Sign-On Bonus offered for qualified new hires. Per policy, current employees are not eligible. However, we are offering a Referral Bonus for this role.


Required:

  • High School Graduate/GED or equivalent
  • Graduate of a Radiology Program required. 
  • Less than 2 years of Radiologic Technology experience
  • CA Radiology Tech license
  • AHA Basic Life Support
  • Fluoroscopy within 90 days of hire

Preferred:

  • AA preferred.
  • ARRT preferred
  • Expanded IV Therapy Course (EIV) preferred
