Job Description

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and multi-tasking abilities. She/he must possess a high level of discretion, judgment and integrity. The candidate will assume a wide range of responsibilities, and need to be detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful.

  • Answers and screens telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy; arranges conference calls.
  • Coordinates CEO's calendar and schedules appointments, ensuring all parties are informed of and kept abreast of schedule awareness.
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site events and meetings and develop minutes as requested
  • Composes, types, and distributes professional correspondence and memoranda, E-mails and faxes, using individual initiative and as assigned
  • Proactively establishes, and maintains highly organized filing system; files correspondence and other records
  • Coordinates travel arrangements; completes expense reports and processes invoices
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree with relevant internship experience or appropriate and relevant work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  •  Meticulous and analytical with strong administration, organizational skills.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards, excellent work ethics
