Company Summary
Steridose specializes in the design, development and manufacturing of bottom-mounted magnetic coupled mixers and radial diaphragm valves for the bioprocessing industry. As of 2026, Steridose has been newly acquired & now is part of an established group of companies: Holland Applied Technologies, Bio Fab Technologies, Liquid Process Equipment and W.A Tompkins Co.  The full Steridose product portfolio will be operational at the Bio Fab Technologies manufacturing facility, located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. 
We are excited about reinvesting into this fantastic product line and are looking to hirenew team members to help us!  With growth on the horizon and our recent move into a brand-new manufacturing location, the future has never looked brighter. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide our customers with best-in-class response time and ease of doing business.
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting our customers and is the primary contact for questions and concerns on orders and deliveries. 
Job Responsibilities
  • Be the inside face & primary contact for Customers and Clients for Steridose Products
  • Answers to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provides product quotes to customers for new equipment and spare parts
  • Intake all RFQs and follow the RFQ filing system
  • Turn RFQ’s into formal quotes using ERP system (M1)
  • Processes customer PO’s; order entry, delivery acknowledgement, establishing work orders and job tickets for manufacturing
  • Obtains accurate information from relating to shipment dates and expected delivery
  • Monitors scheduled ship dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
  • Investigates, responds to, and solves customer concerns and complaints
  • Research billing and shipping issues
  • Communicates and coordinates with colleagues as necessary
  • Willingness to handle other projects and responsibilities in other departments
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Shipping knowledge and experience (international and domestic)
  • ERP experience using M1 highly preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Outlook
  • Two Year associate degree in communications or business (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred)
  • 3-7 years of previous related experience in industrial manufacturing highly preferred

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
