Position Summary:
Thispositionis responsible forowning theend-to-end commissions process and serves as the primary partner connecting Sales,Finance, and Accounting. This role will oversee the review of monthlycommissionscalculations to ensureaccuratepayoutsand provide insights that strengthenplan design andperformance.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detailoriented, and driven to learn, withstrong communicationskills to collaborate across teams and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the endtoend monthly commissions process, leading the review, validation, and delivery of detailed commission calculations and ensuring accuracy, transparency, andtimelypayouts across all sales teams
Partner with Sales and Finance leadership toco-leadthe annual quota setting process, providing data driven recommendations, historical analysis, and scenario modeling.
Manageongoing quota and planoversight, ensuring quota changes, role movements, territory updates, andmid-yearadjustments are accurately modeled, implemented, and communicated toimpactedteams.
Serveasatrustedfinancepartner tosales reps,managers, and directorsby providing clear,timely, and wellstructured responses to ad hoc requestsregardingcommission statements, payout drivers, and plan mechanics
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR on process improvements, data alignment, and policy updates related to commissions and sales compensation.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in commissions, financial analysis, accounting, sales operations, or related roles
