Job description

Job Summary
- Operate high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment, including related software.
- Handle high-volume mail management systems, including sorting, distributing, shipping, and receiving mail/faxes and packages.
- Generate and manage reports for digital printing, imaging, and mailing systems in digital format.
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs for copier and imaging equipment, ensuring proper operation and quality control.
- Conduct binding, finishing work, and quality checks on completed print jobs.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and email systems for file management, including opening, saving, and transferring files per protocol.
- Maintain supply inventories, records, management reports, billing logs, and daily meter/service logs.
- Distribute office supplies, mail, and fax transmissions to staff or designated locations.
- Respond to customer service calls and provide status updates or answer inquiries about job requests.
- Deliver completed jobs to internal and external locations as assigned.
- Support building operations with tasks such as meeting/conference room setups, light maintenance, cleaning, and occasional building occupant moves.
- Operate various office equipment (shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machine, etc.).
- Perform filing duties, including purging and archiving documents per customer requests.
- May require travel between customer buildings and occasional overtime work (nights/weekends/emergencies).
- Maintain neat, stocked copier areas and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by Site Manager, Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager.
