Job description

General Job Description – Office Staff / Dumpster Consultant

PART TIME: 2-3 days a week (1 Saturday a month REQUIRED). Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred. Our office staff is responsible for a broad range of daily activities described below. The ideal candidate will be focused on customer service and details. He or she will have strong organizational skills, be able to work in a sometimes stressful environment, follow company policies and procedures, and always keep customer service at the front of everything they do. We refer to our office staff as “Dumpster Consultants” because you play a consultative role with our customers and prospective customers. This role will report to the Office Manager and will have no direct reports.

Office Duties

Answer incoming phone calls, answer question, take customer orders

Entry of orders or changes to customer information into the Bin Tracker software system

Daily scanning of prior day driver delivery sheets

Bins Out Calls

Customer communications

Expense & Receipt tracking

Driver communication & dispatch 

Recording Daily Activities

Follow company policy for recording incoming leads and orders

Utilize CRM Tool (BinTracker) to log activity & complete details when required

Record any traffic, equipment, or property incidents to office per policy

Utilize other methods of tracking calls, leads, and activities

Marketing & Sales

Respond to incoming lead generated inquiries

Social media posts as assigned

Participate in sales activities, trade shows, etc if requested

Other

Other duties as assigned by manager
