What You’ll Do

As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Here’s what your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff across the front end of the store and the receiving and stock team. Provide guidance and support to help them succeed.
  • Performance Management: Review staff performance, offer constructive feedback, and collaborate with supervisors to set and achieve team-specific goals.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, resolve complaints or grievances, and ensure their shopping experience is top-notch.
  • Merchandising: Display merchandise in a way that maximizes purchasing appeal and drives sales.
  • Reporting & Recommendations: Prepare sales and customer reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvements to boost performance.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced leader with the following qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in retail or a similar environment.
  • Weekend Availability: Able to support weekend shifts as part of a flexible schedule.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to handle customer and employee concerns effectively
  • Detail-Oriented: A knack for organizing merchandise and preparing accurate reports.
