BIM Professional
Justin Architects | Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308 | Full-Time | In-Person


About the Role

Justin Architects is seeking a BIM Professional with strong technical expertise to join our studio team. This role works closely with Project Managers and the design team throughout the full project lifecycle, from Schematic Design through Construction Documents, ensuring adherence to BIM standards and building code compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in the successful delivery of projects
  • Produce designs that meet project requirements and client needs
  • Coordinate drawings for building code compliance and adherence to internal BIM standards
  • Coordinate across all trades (MEP, Structural, and others) with the project team
  • Perform quality assurance on construction document drafting
  • Assist with Construction Administration RFIs as needed


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in the architectural field, with demonstrated expertise in BIM/CAD (required)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit (required)
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Deep understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices
  • Rendering capability preferred
  • Architect's license preferred
  • Demonstrated experience across Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents
  • Strong problem-solving and resourcefulness under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage competing priorities
