Key Objectives amp; Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to AquaSonic brand standards, guided by our core values. This role encompasses 20% leadership and 80% operations. Team members perform hourly functions for 80% of their shifts while consistently demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Train, develop, and lead new team members and fellow teammates, ensuring clear communication on daily responsibilities.
  • Educate customers on our Unlimited plans and ensure team members are well-versed in membership details.
  • Uphold a safe working environment and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
  • Proactively ensure smooth operations, holding team members accountable to the AquaSonic playbook.
  • Provide customers and members with a safe and efficient experience, processing vehicles with a warm smile.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and always uphold building standards.
  • Assume the role of Manager on Duty when Managing Partner or Operations Manager is not onsite, overseeing shift operations and ensuring timely cleaning and maintenance at close.
  • Exhibit world-class customer service skills and maintain a positive demeanour.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, exceptional communication abilities, and a genuine passion for outdoor work.
