We're seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior and tenant improvement projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.


Our client has built an exciting business around high-quality commercial interiors while creating an environment where ambitious construction professionals can take on more responsibility as they prove themselves. The company is growing and this is an opportunity for a Project Manager who wants real opportunity for growth into Senior Management.


You'll take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, client relationships and project teams. You'll work closely with senior leadership and field operations while having the opportunity to become increasingly involved in larger projects, key client relationships and broader business initiatives as your career develops.


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • Proven experience managing commercial interiors or tenant improvement or similar projects.
  • Strong command of project financials, scheduling, contracts, subcontractor management and client coordination.
  • Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills and the drive to take on greater leadership responsibility.


The position offers a base salary of $200,000-$250,000, with bonus potential tied to performance and a comprehensive benefits package.
