La personne occupant ce poste relevera du directeur des ventes et collaborera etroitement, avec l'equipe des ventes de solutions, ainsi qu'avec les equipes techniques.
La principale responsabilite consiste a developper les activites d'Ideate Software en cultivant, en vendant et en gerant des relations strategiques avec des entreprises du secteur AEC (architecture, ingenierie et construction), qu'il s'agisse de prospects ou de clients existants nommes.
Ce poste a un modele de travail hybride, avec des deplacements occasionnels a prevoir chez les clients ou lors d'evenements marketing.
La maitrise du francais et de l'anglais est essentielle, puisque nos equipes collaborent a l'echelle mondiale afin d'offrir le meilleur service possible a notre clientele.
ResponsibilitiesNous sommes a la recherche d'une personne possedant un excellent bilan de ventes, ayant demontre du succes d'une annee a l'autre, autonome, travailleuse et dotee d'un esprit creatif. Une experience prealable en vente de logiciels et/ou en vente de logiciels tiers est fortement souhaitee. Ce poste implique une prospection active de clients ainsi que des interactions de vente frequentes (appels, courriels, presentations via Teams), en plus d'une bonne comprehension d'Autodesk Revit et des modeles d'information du batiment (BIM - Building Information Modeling). Il est essentiel d'etre a l'aise dans un environnement d'equipe virtuel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Competences requises en vente et presentation :
- Excellentes aptitudes en vente - Sens des affaires et acuite financiere.
- Vous serez responsable de l'elaboration et de la collaboration sur des plans de vente, ainsi que de l'atteinte des objectifs mensuels, trimestriels et annuels. Documentation detaillee des communications dans le CRM.
- Expertise dans les presentations de vente en ligne - Excellente communication orale et ecrite.
- Vous serez amene(e) a renforcer nos relations au sein des organisations ciblees, a bien comprendre les besoins des prospects et des clients, leurs processus decisionnels ainsi que leurs flux de travail.
- La maitrise du francais et de l'anglais est requise.
Competences techniques requises :
