SYSTRA Canada is an engineering and consulting firm whose primary focus is to offer transportation solutions, whether for passengers or goods: feasibility studies of building a new railway line, increasing the capacity of the existing infrastructure, privatization of a railway.
The Multidisciplinary BIM Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and consolidating discipline-specific BIM models into a federated model for infrastructure, rail, and transportation projects, while ensuring model quality, consistency, and compliance with project requirements, applicable standards, and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). The role supports multidisciplinary collaboration by leading coordination activities, facilitating communication between stakeholders, identifying and resolving model-related issues, and contributing to the efficient delivery of BIM outputs throughout all project phases.
Education: Degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction, BIM, or a related field.
Years of experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination for infrastructure, rail, or transportation projects.
