We have a proven track record in system ceiling installation at Samsung Semiconductor, duct and louver work at SK sites, and collaborating on 3D modeling (BIM) projects with various partners. We are seeking a qualified BIM Coordinator to join our team and assist in both sales and project coordination.
Position Summary:
The BIM Coordinator will split their time evenly between sales-related tasks and project coordination duties. This role involves working directly with customers to manage and maintain relationships, as well as collaborating closely with BIM engineers to ensure project success. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and managing the delivery of high-quality BIM solutions. Regular communication with internal teams and external clients, ensuring timely project delivery and technical support, will be a key focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in acquiring new clients and opportunities for the company's BIM services.
- Work closely with BIM engineers to communicate client needs and ensure proper project execution.
- Coordinate and participate in project planning meetings, reviews, and problem-solving sessions.
