We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for processing invoices, entering and verifying data, researching billing information, and supporting daily billing operations. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

What You'll Do
  • Generate lubricant sales orders and customer invoices
  • Review billing documentation and verify information for accuracy
  • Enter and maintain data within company systems
  • Research driver paperwork and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Communicate with sales representatives to obtain and verify billing information
  • Manage shared email inboxes and respond to internal and external inquiries
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer support as needed
  • Organize, scan, and maintain billing and operational documents
  • Review and complete orders within Smart Logix
  • Support additional administrative and billing projects as assigned

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 1 year of office, billing, administrative, or related experience
