This role offers the opportunity to join a senior sales team focused on helping healthcare-focused organizations improve their business operations through innovative technology solutions. The successful candidate will drive new business growth by building relationships with medical billing companies and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle. You will combine consultative selling skills, business acumen, and technical understanding to demonstrate value and support customer success. Accountabilities:

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, managing sales opportunities, and creating strong relationships with healthcare organizations through a consultative and value-driven approach.

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, existing databases, referrals, and strategic networking.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial qualification and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop a strong understanding of product capabilities and customer needs to deliver compelling value-based presentations.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline with consistent follow-up, opportunity progression, and reliable forecasting.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within customer accounts and support ongoing relationship growth.
  • Achieve and exceed sales performance targets, including quota attainment, conversion rates, win rates, and adoption goals.
  • Provide detailed weekly forecasts, activity updates, and execution plans to sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospects and customers by understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an individual contributor sales role.
  • Proven experience managing a revenue quota, sales pipeline, forecasting, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Experience with full-cycle sales processes, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Healthcare SaaS, technology, or medical billing industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Self-starter mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to continuously learn.
