Join our dynamic dental team as a Treatment Coordinator, where your organizational skills and patient-focused approach will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dental care. You will work closely with the dental team, including the doctor and assistants, to ensure smooth daily operations and promote practice growth.


Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate schedule for the dental team, including the doctor and assistants, to ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality patient care.

- Stimulate case acceptance opportunities to help the practice meet production goals and expand the patient base through effective follow-up.

- Maintain patient accounts in accordance with Dental Associates of Delaware (DAD) policies and standards.

- Establish and maintain effective communication with patients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.

- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow to optimize practice productivity.

- Educate patients about treatment plans, financial options, and the importance of recommended procedures.

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure patient satisfaction and foster positive relationships.

- Report directly to the Office Manager and work closely with the assigned doctor to coordinate patient schedules and relations.
