We're looking for a Medical Billing Office Assistant to support our billing and administrative operations at one of our welcoming Fall River facilities. You'll be a key part of the team that keeps our healthcare services running smoothly - and ensures our residents receive the care they deserve without billing roadblocks. What You'll Do
  • Process and submit medical claims to insurance providers accurately and on time
  • Code and document patient medical information with precision
  • Communicate with patients and insurance companies to resolve billing questions
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical medical records
  • Provide general administrative support to the billing team
What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical billing and/or coding
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, billing procedures, and office workflows
