Job description

Provide an excellent food and beverage experience to patrons during events, conferences, and celebrations with a fast and knowledgeable bar service. This position may also have the opportunity to bartend in our dining outlets. 

Responsibilities:

  • Complete opening side work as assigned
  • Ensure bar cleanliness, menu cleanliness, etc.
  • Ensure proper menu, product and resort knowledge
  • Obtain proper guest billing information (guest name & room number)
  • Obtain beverage order from guest
  • Complete age verification when necessary
  • Prepare drinks according to recipe and standard
  • Delivery of beverages
  • Knowledge of wine presentation
  • Exhibits proper selling techniques
  • Obtain food order
  • POS (Point of Sale) skills
  • Check presentation to guest in a timely fashion
  • Collect payment for check in a timely fashion
  • Handle guest concerns and issues and bring them to the attention of manager immediately
  • Complete closing side work and end of shift paperwork
  • Attend trainings and meetings as required
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Participate in TIPS training
