Job description

Support and assist in controlling deal posting and expenses as well as perform Title submission for all in-state and out-of-state vehicle sales. This role also helps maintain and control payables and receivables.
This is the final process in procuring deal funding. It is also the final process to making sure our guests are served completely by timely submission of title and registration documentations.
Responsibilities

  • Vehicle sales processing of car deals, including, but not limited to, all finance contracts, lease contracts, bills of sales, odometer statements, trade-in stock, disclosures, warranty and title registration forms, rebates and verifying finance regulations have been followed
  • Assist with payables and receivables as called upon to do so.
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
  • Contributes to effective operations by providing support where and when as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels.
