  • Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software
  • Process patient billing, insurance claims, and handle insurance verification
  • Collect and post payments, manage accounts receivable, and handle financial arrangements
  • Answer multi-line phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage correspondence
  • Maintain and update accurate patient records and treatment documentation
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day
