Role Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt Salary: $48,000 - $50,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. Summary: The Investment Advisory Billing Specialist is responsible for processing billing-related activities for advisory accounts with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established procedures. This role supports the calculation, review, and posting of advisory fees within platforms such as the Wealth Management Platform (WMP).

The specialist will primarily perform transactional and back-office processing tasks using internal systems and workflows while ensuring data integrity. You will work within a structured environment, handling requests submitted through a ticketing system and collaborating with internal teams to resolve routine issues. This role is ideal for individuals beginning a career in financial services operations, with an interest in billing, accounting, and investment advisory support.

Support quality control efforts by adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies or errors. Continuously learn systems, products, and processes related to advisory billing.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field is preferred Basic Requirements: 0-1 year of experience in financial services, operations, billing, accounting, or a related field (internships or coursework acceptable) Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive, process-driven tasks accurately Basic understanding of accounting or billing concepts preferred Ability to follow documented procedures and work within structured workflows Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently in a production-based environment Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to learn and navigate systems such as Wealth Management Platform (WMP), NetX360, or similar tools Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify errors and escalate when necessary Preferred Requirements: 1+ years of investment advisory support experience Completion of the FINRA SIE exam FINRA Series 7 Experience with Envestnet / Wealth Management Platform Equal Opportunity Employer Osaic is an equal opportunity employer.
