About the Role:
Join Caridad Restaurant as a Bilingual Waitress in the heart of New York, NY! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can provide exceptional service while communicating effectively with our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to assist guests.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
