Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Residential Home Services (Bilingual Tagalog) - Burbank
About the Role
We're hiring a compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home/residential ABA support for individuals receiving services in a residential facility and day program setting. If you're an active RBT who loves making a real impact-and you're ideally pursuing a Master's program on the path to becoming a BCBA-this is a great opportunity to grow your clinical skills with a supportive team.
This is a full-time position with flexible hours.
Pay: $24-$28/hour, based on experience, education, and certification
What You'll Do
As an RBT supporting residential home services, you will: - Provide 1:1 ABA services in a residential setting under the supervision of a BCBA/clinical supervisor - Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs with consistency and care - Collect accurate data and document sessions clearly and on time - Support daily living skills, communication, social skills, and behavior reduction goals - Collaborate with the clinical team and residential/day program staff to ensure continuity of care - Maintain a calm, respectful, and trauma-informed approach-especially during challenging moments - Uphold ethical standards and client dignity at all times
Required Qualifications
Active RBT Certification (must be current)
At least 6 months of ABA services experience
Bilingual: Tagalog/English (required)
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
Currently enrolled in (or planning to enroll in) a Master's program with the goal of becoming a BCBA
Experience supporting clients in residential programs and/or day program environments
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a heart for servicePhysical Demands:
  • Full physical dexterity/agility to perform required movements (bending, kneeling, typing, etc.).
  • Sufficient vision to carry out duties.
  • Ability to lift and carry pediatric clients (5 to 50 lbs.).
