Korean Bilingual Sr. SAP FI/CO Production Support Analyst
Job Summary
The Senior SAP FICO Production Support Analyst ensures the daily stability, compliance, and optimization of financial accounting and controlling systems. This role focuses heavily on resolving high-priority user issues, guiding month-end and year-end closing cycles, and delivering immediate system fixes for finance users.
Core Responsibilities
  • Daily Ticket Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP Finance (G/L, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury) and Controlling (Cost Center Accounting, Investment, Project Systems, and Profitability Analysis) modules.

  • Period-End Operations: Drive financial system readiness during critical month-end and year-end closing processes. Support monthly and yearly financial planning and actual closing processes.

  • User Empowerment: Conduct hands-on training sessions for finance users. Write clear, step-by-step user documentation to reduce repetitive support tickets. Update users on new or changed programs/processes and collaborate with the HQ global SAP support team for system enhancements.

  • Project Support: Provide testing and implementation support for new features or changes in coordination with the HQ global SAP support team.

Key Requirements & Skills
Experience & Functional Expertise
  • Industry Experience: Over 10 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO consulting and system analysis experience. Must have a proven track record in high-tech or semiconductor industries.

  • Lifecycle Knowledge: Deep knowledge of R2R (Record-to-Report), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), and O2C (Order-to-Cash) lifecycles. Strong understanding of how FI integrates with upstream modules (MM, SD).

Technical Proficiencies
  • Core Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, ABAP debugging, and reporting tools.

  • ERP Systems: Experience migrating to or working within SAP S/4HANA is the industry standard.

Education & Certifications
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.

  • Certifications: Relevant SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance) are highly preferred.

Soft Skills
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to technical teams.

Pay Rate: up to $156000 - $172800/annual
