Job Description
If you are a Customer Experience professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Cudahy, WI location, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative will enter and edit customer quotes and purchase orders utilizing various tools including VPI, Salesforce Case Management and Oracle. You will operate as a central contact point for customer and sales personnel inquiries regarding order status & routing, shipping/tracking information, pricing, availability, freight, and such other questions as required. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Technical Support, Purchasing and Shipping to support on-time delivery of orders. This position will have a focus on Export orders while also supporting the aftermarket and equipment sides of the business.
AS A BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL:
  • Provide excellent and timely attention to our customers through answering questions, providing accurate quotations and lead-times.
  • Oversee orders through completion and shipping.
  • Consistently improve customer experience in terms of delivery and performance.
  • Research and recommend parts using available resources, vendor information and technical data and collaboration with service and sales.
  • Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and Customer Allowance Requests (CARs) including daily distribution of RMA forms, issuance of weekly reports, and monthly analysis.
  • Adhere to strict protocol regarding export order documentation and requirements.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in a customer service function.
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Experience with export orders
  • Requires strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Must be self-directed, team-oriented, and able to evaluate and effectively handle multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:
This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in the office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
