About the Role:
Groth Family Insurance Allstate is seeking a motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team in Pasco, WA! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and growing a successful career in sales.
We are looking for candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish and are passionate about serving our diverse community. Previous insurance experience is not required. We will provide training, support, and pay for the licensing process for the right candidate.

Position Overview:

As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will work with prospective and existing clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend coverage solutions that fit their goals. Through comprehensive training and mentorship, you'll learn the insurance industry while developing valuable sales and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through phone calls, referrals, networking, and community outreach
  • Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers

Qualifications:
