Bilingual Sales Assistants are professionals who support sales operations and customer service in more than one language. They interact with customers, process transactions, and help resolve inquiries or issues, often in both English and another language. This role often requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure all customers receive accurate information and a seamless experience. Bilingual skills are highly valued and can open up opportunities for advancement into supervisory or specialist positions within sales or customer relations.

To thrive as a Bilingual Sales Assistant, you need strong communication skills in two or more languages, a solid understanding of sales principles, and typically a high school diploma or equivalent.
