Bilingual Waterproofing Superintendent

Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
$75,000–$100,000, based on experience

A well-established commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor is hiring a bilingual Waterproofing Superintendent to oversee above-grade work across existing commercial facilities in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

This is not new construction. The work involves active, occupied buildings where planning, communication, safety, and protection of the existing facility matter.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise waterproofing crews and daily field operations
  • Oversee above-grade waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and related building-envelope work
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules
  • Conduct site walks and identify existing conditions before work begins
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets project specifications
  • Communicate with project managers, customers, building representatives, and field crews
  • Enforce company safety procedures and maintain clean, organized job sites
  • Track daily production, progress, and field documentation
  • Address job-site issues quickly to keep projects moving

What You'll Bring
