About the Role
As a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator, you will handle interview scheduling, manage ATS databases, ensure compliance documentation, and serve as a primary contact for candidates and clients. You will partner with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth onboarding, monitor recruitment metrics, and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and site visits. Your bilingual skills will be a plus as you support a diverse candidate pool.
Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr
Available Shift Times
  • Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage ATS and ensure candidate information is current
  • Track compliance items including background checks and drug testing

  • Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Partner with VMS specialists on reporting and client meetings
  • Visit client sites for new hire check-ins and tours

Key Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in high-volume recruiting
  • 2+ years in customer service
  • Experience with CRM/VMS platforms (Bullhorn/Beeline preferred)
  • Federal background clearance and credit check required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Ability to travel for client site visits as needed
  • HS Diploma or GED
