Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Property Services & Construction Operations
Location: Lake Worth, FL 33460
Starting Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience

About Us

We are a growing property services company serving apartment communities throughout South Florida.

Our clients include large apartment ownership and management groups with hundreds of rental units. We help them prepare apartments for new residents by coordinating painting, maintenance repairs, refinishing, and renovation services.

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping projects, people, and communication organized.


What You’ll Do

Coordinate active jobs from start to finish
Communicate with clients, property managers, subcontractors, and field teams
Process work orders and change requests
Track job progress and ensure projects stay on schedule
Manage emails, phone calls, and text communications throughout the day
Update spreadsheets and job tracking systems
Assist with job closeouts and project documentation
Help keep multiple projects moving smoothly at the same time


What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

3+ years of experience in a Coordinator, Dispatcher, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or Construction Coordinator role
Experience working in construction, property services, HVAC, plumbing, painting, restoration, roofing, or similar trades
Experience coordinating multiple crews, vendors, or subcontractors simultaneously
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Bilingual English/Spanish

Technical Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel
Google Sheets
Microsoft Office
Strong computer skills
Ability to quickly learn new software systems
