Job description

Bilingual Office Administrator
Location: Oklahoma City, Ok
Description:
Facilitates efficient operation of the office by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Essential Job Functions:

  • Answers the phones, routes calls and takes messages when needed.  
  • Keeps the office and conference room clean, stocked and well organized.
  • Greets new hires and aids with recruiting & onboarding. 
  • Keeps active and up to date inventory of uniforms and gifts, pens and distributes mail, & provides administrative support to executives. 


Experience and education requirements:

  • Proficient in Word/ Excel/Outlook. 
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish), both written and verbal.


Soft Skills:

  • Able to work effectively as a team. 
  • Good written and oral communication skills. 
  • Highly organized and detail-driven.
