Addison Group is partnering with a well-established professional services organization seeking an experienced Bilingual Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, support team leadership initiatives, and help drive operational efficiency. This is a fully onsite direct-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while supporting staff management, workflow coordination, and administrative processes. This individual will work closely with leadership to improve office performance, maintain productivity standards, and support a growing team environment.

This role requires a proactive professional who can multitask effectively, communicate confidently across departments, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office activities and ensure operational efficiency across departments
  • Supervise administrative support staff and assist with team coordination and performance management
  • Monitor office workflows, identify process improvements, and help maintain productivity goals
  • Manage office resources, inventory, and vendor or facility-related needs
  • Serve as a liaison between the local office and company leadership teams
  • Support HR-related functions including onboarding coordination, employee support, and interview scheduling
  • Assist leadership with operational planning, reporting, and departmental initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation, internal communications, and operational records
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
