Job description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position is approximately 80% office-based and 20% warehouse-based, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy both administrative responsibilities and hands-on operational support. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between our local warehouse operations and our team in China while ensuring accurate order processing and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Office Responsibilities (80%)

  • Process daily customer orders, including printing orders, generating shipping labels, and verifying order accuracy.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • File and organize documentation related to warehouse operations and shipments.
  • Communicate regularly with the China-based operations team regarding order status, daily progress, and operational issues.
  • Monitor and update inventory and shipment records within company systems.

Warehouse Responsibilities (20%)

  • Sort, verify, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment.
  • Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Support general warehouse operations and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid work authorization).
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate professionally in written and verbal formats.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems, software, and operational procedures quickly.
  • Dependable, responsible, and capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
