Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role provides essential front-office and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, able to multitask in a fast-paced medical setting, and fluent in both English and Spanish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments with accuracy
  • Assist with appointment reminders and patient communication
  • Manage medical records requests and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Organize, scan, and upload all incoming mail and documentation into patient charts
  • Receive, review, and categorize incoming faxes
  • Take detailed phone messages and ensure timely follow-through to clinical staff
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and vendors
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Support daily administrative tasks to keep the front office running efficiently

Required Qualifications
