Client Overview
A leading New York City real estate organization is seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Administrative Assistant to support a major residential development and lease-up project. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who is interested in gaining experience within real estate, leasing, and property operations.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required for this opening.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$22/hr - $25/hr
Position Overview
The Bilingual Mandarin Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and customer-facing support to a busy residential real estate team. This individual will work with documentation, data, prospective residents, and internal teams while helping support the day-to-day operations of a large residential development.
Responsibilities Of The Bilingual Mandarin Administrative Assistant
  • Communicate with Mandarin- and English-speaking prospective residents.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the real estate team.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
  • Review documents and information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Work with numbers, spreadsheets, and administrative tracking systems.
  • Assist prospective residents with questions and general information.
  • Help coordinate appointments and resident communications.
  • Show apartment units to prospective residents as needed.
  • Maintain professional and organized electronic and physical files.
  • Support leasing, property management, and operational projects.
  • Assist with additional administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Required Experience/Skills For The Bilingual Mandarin Administrative Assistant
  • Fluent Mandarin and English required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong computer and technology skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and analytical information.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional, polished, and comfortable interacting with prospective residents.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing and able to work at both locations initially.
