An international property management company seeks a bilingual Japanese bookkeeper (AR\/AP) for its office leasing business in New York.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
\n <\/span><\/p>\n

Accounts Payable (AP):  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
\n <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>\- Obtain approval for vendor invoices and issue checks or set up electronic payments.  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
\n <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>\- Handle employee payroll (including engineers) through ADP, and record related transactions.  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
\n <\/span><\/p>\n

Accounts Receivable (AR):  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
