Job description

  • Growing firm is seeking an experienced Immigration attorney to join its practice. Qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate strong dedication to immigration law and a passion for helping people; will possess strong organizational, communication, and writing skills. Candidate must be Bilingual (Spanish/English). A minimum of 1 year experience in immigration dealing with USCIS and removal cases is preferred. The Attorney may be required on occasion to work late and the occasional weekend day if required.

The candidate will draft and file petitions/applications/briefs. Attend USCIS/EOIR hearings. Communicate with clients regarding case processing and procedural issues.

Successful Candidates need to be:
• Licensed to practice in Texas
• Personable, Self-motivated and Proactive
• Desire to be part of a dynamic, collaborative and growing legal practice that is dedicated to helping immigrants pursue relief.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to provide high-quality service to all clients
