Job description

Bilingual Customer Service LHH Recruitment is currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative on behalf of a growing financial services company in Albuquerque! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and businesses, providing solutions, processing documents, and working in a professional, fast-paced environment. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. It will compensate between $20/hr-$23/hr DOE.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will communicate directly with customers and business clients while handling a combination of inbound and outbound phone calls. This position will also be responsible for document processing, reviewing information for accuracy, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, comfortable handling sensitive financial information, and able to provide excellent service.
Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls with customers and business clients
  • Communicate professionally with customers and businesses to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Provide assistance with account information, requests, and general inquiries
  • Process, review, and maintain customer and business documents
  • Verify information and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
  • Research customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Make outbound calls for follow-up, account updates, and customer outreach
  • Document customer interactions and update information accurately in internal systems
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling customer, business, and financial information
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer and business inquiries
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or document processing experience preferred
  • Experience communicating with both individual customers and business clients is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone presence
  • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to review and process documents accurately
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while assisting customers
  • Reliable and professional with a strong work ethic
  • Financial services, banking, lending, insurance, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus
