Primary Responsibilities : ● Teach Chinese language courses for students in grades K–5, following school curriculum and standards. ● Plan, prepare, and deliver daily lessons that emphasize reading comprehension, analytical and creative writing, grammar, and vocabulary development. ● Differentiate instruction to support a range of abilities, including advanced learners and multilingual students. ● Assign, review, and provide timely feedback on classwork, homework, projects, and essays. ● Maintain clear classroom expectations and routines that support a safe, orderly, and a respectful learning environment. ● Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and academic expectations. ● Collaborate with colleagues and administration on curriculum, assessment, and school events. ● Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school-wide activities and performances as needed. 
 Qualifications:
 ● Master’s degree in Education, Chinese Language, or a closely related field required. ● Valid teaching certification with an endorsement in Chinese language teaching (preferred) . ● Prior successful teaching experience at the lower and upper elementary, middle school, or high school level. ● Strong content knowledge in Chinese language arts (literature, composition, grammar). ● Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom and support positive student behavior. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Comfort working in a fast-paced, academically advanced, and multicultural environment; willingness to support a multilingual immersion model. ● Legal authorization to work in the United States. ● Familiarity with project-based learning, writing across the curriculum, or Interdisciplinary teaching is a plus.
