No prior insurance experience? No problem! We're committed to investing in the right person with the right attitude and a passion for learning.
This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build relationships, grow a book of business, and be rewarded for their performance, with the support and training of an established State Farm agency.
What You'll Do:
  • Be a Customer Champion: You'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our policyholders, answering questions about coverage, managing policy changes, and assisting with claims and billing.
  • Grow Our Community: Proactively develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs to offer the best State Farm products and services.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported through consistent follow-up.
  • Must be willing to call current customers and offer other products and services.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish - a must for serving our diverse community.
  • Must have or be ready to obtain your Property & Casualty license (all expenses will be paid).

  • Competitive Base Pay: $25.00 per hour equivalent to 52K per year.
  • Plus, monthly and annual bonuses, once licensed.
  • Earn an extra 6K-18K or more per year based on sales.
  • Most bonuses earned monthly, one bonus earned at year end.
  • Some representative incomes exceed 70K annually.
