POSITION OVERVIEW

Whether you're helping someone find their first bike or tuning up a ride for an epic journey, we're in the business of creating lasting memories. The pace is fast, our customers are passionate, and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset is essential. We prioritize hospitality skills and are more interested in your eagerness to learn than in what you already know. If you're a bike expert, fantastic! If not, we provide comprehensive training. What matters most is your ability to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a BIKE ASSEMBLER. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, good hand-eye coordination, and a passion for working with tools and mechanical components. This position requires a commitment to safety and efficiency, as well as a customer-focused approach to deliver the best possible product. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in delivering a high-quality product.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Commit to delivering the highest level of customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
  • Assemble bicycles, bike components, and install accessories according to specifications, ensuring all components are properly aligned and securely attached.
  • Assemble car racks and other large accessories as needed.
  • Inspect assembled bikes to confirm that they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Perform minor adjustments and repairs as needed during the assembly process.
  • Test bicycles for functionality and stability before final approval.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace.
  • Report any issues or defective parts to the supervisor promptly.
  • Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
  • Have confidence working with suspension systems and hydraulic systems
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift and move bicycles and other heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior bike mechanic experience is preferred, but not required.
