As a Security Officer Bike Patrol in Eden Prairie, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support access control practices, observe visitor activity, and report concerns in accordance with post instructions.
• Support loss prevention and property protection efforts by observing customer and employee activity, reporting suspicious behavior, and following established procedures for incidents involving theft, trespassing, and/or disorderly conduct.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to ride a bike.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
