Requirements:

Essential Functions

  • Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
  • Offer tailored recommendations based on guest interests and schedules.
  • Utilize professional sales techniques: pitching, prospecting, objection handling, cross-selling, upselling, and closing.
  • Present tour and attraction pricing clearly and accurately.
  • Process vouchers and e-tickets carefully.
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding guest volume or any issues at your location. Ticket Sales Representative

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of success.
  • Excellent math skills and comfort handling money, credit cards, and receipts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
