We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a respected Georgia-based general contractor known for quality execution, long-term client relationships, and a strong pipeline of commercial work.

What You'll Do

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and project financials
  • Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
